This beautiful Istrian stone house was built in 1850. and recently was completely renovated. The furniture is high quality and the kitchen is fully equipped, along with air-conditioned spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, each with en suite bathrooms. In the dining room dominates a large fireplace and wine showcases with a nice selection of high quality Istrian wines. What makes this property special is its amazing location. The house is on a huge plot of 45,000 m2 with completely preserved nature, all kinds of mediterranean plants and meadows with wild flowers and herbs. Near the house you will find incredible karst rock formations, the pristine sources of clean water and some caves. The house is an excellent base for walking tours and cyclists, nature lovers, who will enjoy to explore this beautiful landscape. On the fenced part of the plot you have a lovely swimming pool and a volleyball court. In the morning you will wake with the birds singing, and if you look through the sunny window you will see just untouched nature on the horizon. On the plot lives a family of donkeys who will dazzle you with their personality and warmth. Hanging out with them is an unforgettable experience. Labin is the closest town with only 10 minutes drive with a beautifully preserved old town where you’ll find art galleries, churches, museums and good restaurants and you can attend summer musical evenings as well. Rabac is only 5 minutes from Labin, with many beautiful beaches and offers a variety of sports and water sports, with shops, bars and restaurants.
